Upon confirming your order:

You will receive a proforma invoice with bank details (for TT payments) and an online payment link (for Debit & Credit card payments) via email.
After payment, you will receive confirmation and order updates via email.

Return, Refund & PAYMENT Policy FOR ONLINE ORDERS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Excalibur International Co., Ltd. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided with the returned item(s).
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
In the event of a partial return, only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
